Noon to 8pm Thursdays & Fridays
If we are unable to answer please leave a message or send a text. We get a large number of calls and emails please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. We have a Facebook page but do not check it daily please, call/text, or email for a faster response. If the situation is urgent let us know via voicemail, text, or in the subject of the email.

Physical Address:

BTTR does not have a shelter building you can visit and see all the dogs we have for adoption. Our dogs are housed at boarding kennels and foster homes across Hampton Roads. Please call to set up a meet and greet ( these are usually done in Norfolk or Chesapeake depending on the dog).
